Before Meghan Markle jetted off to New York City to tape an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, she recruited kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, as well as her wedding dress designer, Clare Waight Keller, to bake bookies for the show’s audience.

On March 6, the Duchess of Sussex shared a clip of the cookie baking extravaganza on her Instagram, which showed a group including Meghan, Archie, Lilibet, Waight Keller, and friend Kelly McKee Zajfen (who appears in episode 5 of Netflix's With Love, Meghan) in the kitchen in the Montecito, California home Meghan shares with husband Prince Harry. The group made thumbprint cookies, filling them with what appeared to be the raspberry jam from As Ever—one of the offerings included in the lifestyle brand’s forthcoming first product drop.

“When making thumbprint cookies at home becomes a family affair!” Meghan captioned the video. Tagging McKee Zajfen and Waight Keller, Meghan thanked the two women “for the love and extra set of hands!”

Hello! astutely pointed out that, while 3-year-old Lilibet may have inherited dad Harry’s red hair, she wore her hair styled in her mom Meghan’s signature look—a low bun. At the end of the video, Meghan pulls 5-year-old Archie in for a kiss on the head.

As People reported, for Meghan’s March 6 appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show (which was filmed on March 4), the Duchess of Sussex baked homemade cookies for the show’s audience, baked the day before her appearance.

“I said, ‘Clare, can I put you to work, too?’” Meghan said of Waight Keller, who was with Givenchy at the time of Meghan’s 2018 wedding. “So we all sat around. We made these cookies for you guys to enjoy.”

One of the Sussex family dogs, Pula, can be seen in the clip walking around the kitchen, eager to grab any cookie crumbs that ended up on the floor.

“I just thought it’d be fun,” Meghan told Barrymore, before the host added, “Meghan literally made cookies for all of you guys.”

In episode 1 of her eight-episode Netflix series—which premiered March 4—Meghan said of friend and makeup artist Daniel Martin, who was her special guest for the debut episode, that “Baking is not my favorite thing, but I will do it for one of my favorite people.” The two went on to make a layer cake she referred to as the “beautiful on the inside cake.”
